My path hasn’t been linear and that’s by design. I’ve worked across journalism, education, nonprofits, creative industries, and civic spaces, always asking:
What needs to exist for people to truly thrive?
Across roles in research, strategy, and leadership, I’ve consistently served as a translator, bridging research, lived experience, and decision-making.
I hold a Master of Science in Information & Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, where my research focused on knowledge systems organizational learning, and research design.
Many of the challenges people face are not individual failures, but systemic design problems. A Natasha Knows method translates complexity into clarity through research, strategy, facilitation, and collaborative design.
