"Vision breeds ideas, strategy determines success"
- Natasha Anderson
I’m a strategist, researcher, and systems thinker working at the intersection of culture, knowledge, and community.
I help leaders get clear when organizations are at a turning point.
My work turns complexity, research, lived experience, and organizational knowledge into actionable insight that guides decisions and strategy.
Across journalism, education, nonprofits, creative industries, and civic spaces, I’ve consistently served as the bridge between insight and action. Roles in research, strategy, and leadership position me as a translator, bridging research, lived experience, and decision-making.
I hold a Master of Science in Information & Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, where my research focused on knowledge systems organizational learning, and research design.
I observe that many organizational challenges are design gaps, not failures.
The Natasha Knows method surfaces clarity from complexity through research, strategy, facilitation, and collaborative design, helping leaders make confident, informed decisions during moments of transition.
If your organization is navigating change and needs clarity, let’s connect.
